Fabian founded VIS TON VIN in spring 2021.
A professional wine taster, he travels across France attending wine fairs to meet winemakers and curate his selections.
His goals?
To help everyone articulate their tastes when visiting a wine shop, and to ensure everyone enjoys a convivial moment while learning to taste.
And above all, to share his passion.

Fabian travels across France to find the best bottles directly from winemakers. From Burgundy to the Rhône Valley, through the Loire and Bordeaux, each selection is the result of a personal encounter and a true passion.
